While I’ve been writing puny little subway observations over the last year, Riaz has been writing a goddamn book. It was an honor to edit it, and I remain envious of his self-discipline. Order a copy for yourself and one for your kid sister, too.What shall I say? I wrote another novel? It’s short as long stories go. I don’t think it quite hits the 50,000 word mark but I’ve forgotten the exact number now. It’s about teenagers.
You can buy a physical copy, or pay a buck to download a zip with HTML and ePub versions which should load on pretty much all e-readers. It’s in the Kindle store too, though I’d recommend downloading the ePub version instead. There’s no free version. I’ve spent the last fifteen months working on this, Ashleymopsis edited it for me and it’s my fourth book. In short: I think it’s worth a dollar.
It should show up on international Amazon stores in coming weeks. Shipping outside of the US will get a bit cheaper once it does.
I’m going to take the rest of the year off from writing novels to work on something boring. Expect my next book in 2013. It’ll be set in a university.
